Martin Eidemak

Case studies and investment opportunity.

Back in 1997, we sought to develop and widen the creative film and photography side, the brands are now at the top of their fields in the creative media industry. In 2011 we put together the “Icetank project” a new London high spec event space offering clients looking for the opportunity to completely rebrand the space with their own images and to host pop up events. A film shoot location venue for TV shows including food demonstrations. With the birth of the internet there was less client building relationship opportunities and we sort to bridge this gap, with a white blank canvas hire space in a prime location. An ambitious project of extraordinary architecture and design followed to create a brand new, purpose built studio. After a year of design and heavy reconstruction works of the building, Icetank opened its doors for events in March 2012.

The look of the creative and contemporary space was inspired by Martin’s Scandinavian approach to design and art.

The studio has a purpose built luxury Miele kitchen with a gigantic skylight and modern appliances throughout. A moderately large area on the ground floor is covered with specially designed plate-glass, which overlooks the basement studio and allows for shoots from below looking up. The studio boasts 20ft high ceiling throughout the ground floor and large wall-to-floor glass windows for ample natural lighting.  This offers uncompromising daylight that illuminates the entire space, ideal for both photography and film. There is also an acoustic glass in all windows for complete soundproofing with blackout electric blinds.

Other amenities include a dedicated producer’s desk space, that is discreetly positioned on the mezzanine gallery overlooking the studio, wi-fi, AV equipment, 89 inch 4K plasma TV and even a fire place.

Within weeks of its opening the studio was used by a number of renowned brands, to produce imagery for advertising campaigns including creative filming and high-end photography. Now, a few years later, the studio is a renowned event space in high demand from prestigious brands and one of the most sought-after event spaces.

Early part of 2020 we are looking to expanding the Icetank floor space to over 5000 Sq feet. This will make it the largest of its kind in Covent Garden offering a blank canvas space like no other.

We are looking for investors to further build the Icetank brand into other parts of London and New York, we believe the experience gained and the ever expanding demand has set us up for an excellent opportunity to build the business and as a vehicle to acquire further freehold properties. Full P/L and details of the expansion plans proposal available.
