Pack shot factory - FILM

Packshot Factory Film specialises in product sequences for commercials and online advertising campaigns. Their expertise is in close-up work of food, drinks and beauty products. They shoot daily with an incredible team of in-house talent, specialist stylists and art directors from across the advertising and film industries offering clients very specialised slow-motion and macro film sequences. Shooting at an extremely high resolution, 2000 frames a second in 4K. They handle the entire film and commercial production from their studios in London's Covent Garden. We have invested in a collection of high end rental and offices properties in central London. Central London has long been considered the place to invest. Investors purchasing in central London’s property market in 2010 would have doubled their investment today. Prior to the pandemic London’s economy was expanding having grown 27% between 2010 and 2019, before falling 10% in 2020. London’s economy is expected to recover to 2019 levels in 2022 and grow by a further 17% by 2030. Whilst population growth has been steady, 10% over the past 10 years, the level of household wealth has risen.
